How to find AR books using our card catalog
You can search for Accelerated Reader titles in our card catalog by school, reading level and/or point value.
Go to our Card Catalog.
- Click the Reading Program Search tab in the left side of the screen.
- Enter the Reading Level, and/or the Point Value of the titles you wish to find.
- In the "Enter a Word or Phrase" box, enter your school name, such as Central Elementary, North Elementary, Northwood Elementary, or Middle School.
- Click Search.
You will see a list of all the Accelerated Books we own that match your school's list. The Point Value is listed next to each title. Click on any title to see more information, including the Reading Level.
You can create your own list by clicking the "Add" button next to each title you like. When finished, click the "My List" tab near the top of the screen. You can save the list to your computer, or print it out and bring it to the library!

It's FREE! Are you looking for a few good books to read? Sign up for our e-newsletters and get great book suggestions by email. We'll deliver reading lists right to your inbox along with new gems, bestsellers, and related titles. You'll also be able to check immediately whether the items are available at the Parchment Community Library or whether they've been checked out.
READING LISTS
Use our Reading Lists to get quick lists of books on specific topics -- a list of our newest books, for example, or books on a specific holiday.
Go to our card catalog, and click the "Reading Lists" button in the left-hand menu. Once you see the lists, click the topic you're interested in. Many topics have several lists (such as Holidays and Cooking).
